đą About the Role:
We are looking for a handsâon People & Culture Partner who enjoys working closely with employees, managers, and the business. You will be part of the Business Operations team, reporting to the CFO and working closely with management.
You will take ownership of the dayâtoâday people agenda at TimeLog and work across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to daily HR support, wellbeing, and offboarding. From day one, you will be involved in practical HR work that supports both employees and managers in their everyday work.
As TimeLog continues to grow, the role will develop with the company. You will have the opportunity to shape and improve HR processes over time, take on broader responsibility, and help build a strong and scalable way of working with people. This is a visible, officeâbased role where you are part of daily life and grow alongside the business.
đŻ Key responsibilities:
Employee lifecycle & recruitment
Support and run recruitment together with hiring managers
Prepare contracts and HR documentation
Handle onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
Maintain accurate employee data and records
Dayâtoâday HR & manager support
Be a visible and approachable point of contact for employees and managers
Support managers with everyday people topics, feedback, and employee situations
Help handle difficult conversations in a practical and respectful way
Answer HRârelated questions clearly and reliably
HR operations, wellbeing & compliance
Work daily with HR systems, records, and processes
Help keep HR processes structured, simple, and consistent
Support employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention
Ensure compliance with Danish employment law, including funktionĂŠrloven
Work closely with Finance on payroll input, benefits, and employee changes
Handle sick leave, holidays, notices, and employee rights correctly
đ„ What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or People & Culture
Handsâon, proactive, and comfortable handling a fastâpaced, operational HR role
Comfortable taking ownership of the full employee lifecycle and running HR work endâtoâend
Strong knowledge of Danish employment practices
Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken
Confident advisor to managers with strong communication skills
Structured, pragmatic, and trusted with confidential matters
đ Nice to have:
Experience from a SaaS, tech, or scaleâup company
Experience with personality or assessment tools (e.g. Integrative Enneagram Solutions)
Experience with employee engagement surveys
Experience with compensation, benefits, or retention initiatives
Experience supporting organizational change or growth
