📢 About the position:

We are looking for a dedicated student assistant to join our Finance team and support our CFO. You will play an important role in ensuring high data quality and supporting financial decision-making in a growing international SaaS company.

You’ll become part of TimeLog’s Business Operation department and get hands-on experience with financial analyses, data handling and reporting. 

🎯 Key responsibilities

• Validation and adjustments of customers’ ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)
• Calculating and preparing price adjustments
• Supporting financial analyses, including cost analyses
• Reporting to Statistics Denmark
• Other operational finance-related tasks

🏆 Who you are:

We imagine that you are currently studying economics, finance, business administration or another relevant field, minimum on your 5th semester.

• Enjoys working with numbers, data and financial analyses
• Has solid Excel skills and feels comfortable working with larger datasets
• Is IT-savvy and curious about systems and processes
• Works structured and detail-oriented, while keeping a pragmatic approach
• Is proactive, eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Speaks and writes Danish and English fluently
