📢 About the position:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will spend most of your time talking with our customers, ensuring that they are satisfied and identifying possible upsell opportunities. You will need to be proactive and understand the customers business enough to ensure the perfect match with our product packages.
The CSM is to ensure the upsell effort in the Customer Success team and achievement of targets. This role lies in managing the upsell pipeline, ensuring that we are taking the right actions to reach our target, and actively cultivating the relationship with our customers.
🎯 In this role, your responsibilities are:
- Upsell Pipeline Management
- Upsell strategy
- Reaching monthly and yearly ARR targets for the CS team
- Define and implement upsell triggers with Product Managers
- Ensuring focused upsell effort
- Customer meetings
- Reporting on upselling successes, strategies and failures
- Engage and drive upsell activities within the CS team
🏆 Who you are:
- You master both Swedish and English at the negotiation level in writing and speech.
- You put the customer first, are a good listener, and master the smile through phone and writing.
- You’re good at communicating complex business-related challenges.
- You can spot potential up-sales and see them through.
- You have a structured approach to your work and follow up on administrative processes.
- You’re good at keeping a sense of perspective during busy periods.

- You are passionate about customer experience
- You have a flair for IT systems and the ability to communicate this in layman’s terms.
- You have experience within sales - preferably within B2B or in a start-up.
- You have previously worked with Zendesk and/or Hubspot
