Over the past decade, the focus of my career has changed from a PMO focus, to employee development and team excellence. I love big scheme ambitions with multiple stakeholders and complex simultaneous activities. I am also a keen observer of my future career, which will be pivoted around making lasting large scale cultural and environmental impacts. We need to do more than just indulging the satisfaction of a paycheck.
