📢 About the position:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be involved in many of TimeLog’s processes and tasks, from support to proactive communication and understanding customer business processes. 

The CSM for Upsell is to ensure the upsell effort in the Customer Success team and achievement of targets. It lies within this role to manage the upsell pipeline, ensure that we are taking the right actions to reach our target, and actively cultivate the relationship with our customers.

🎯 In this role, your responsibilities are to:
  • Upsell Pipeline Management
  • Upsell strategy
  • Reaching monthly and yearly ARR targets on upsell
  • Define and implement upsell triggers with PM
  • Ensuring focused upsell effort
  • Customer meetings with a focus on upsell
  • Report on upselling to Head of Customer Service
  • Engage and drive upsell activities within the CSM team.

  • You master English at the negotiation level in both writing and speech.
  • You put the customer first, are a good listener, and master to smile through the phone and writing.
  • You’re good at communicating complex business-related challenges in writing and speech.
  • You can spot potential up-sales and see them through.
  • You have a structured approach to your work and are good at following up on administrative processes.
  • You master both Danish and English at the negotiation level in writing and speech.
  • You’re good at keeping a sense of perspective during busy periods.

  • You have experience with customer service.
  • You have a good understanding of IT systems, so you’re able to guide our customers.
  • You have a flair for finance and possibly bookkeeping knowledge.
  • You have previously worked with Zendesk and chat-bots.
