As a Sales Consultant for our Enterprise segment in Sweden, you will be responsible for winning over customers and increasing our market share within the consulting industry. 📢 About the position:
We're looking for someone who can make an authentic difference in sales and handle value-based selling within B2B sales and you have a proven track record of managing sales processes taking 1-2 years.

You will be working with our sales processes in the enterprise segment. Stakeholder management is critical as our processes can take from 6 months to 2 years. Therefore, you must have patience, be structured, and know how to motivate yourself to reach your targets.
You like to talk to executives about how digitalization and process maturity can help their business evolve. You also like to work with procurement departments and have a pragmatic approach for finding solutions that satisfy both the customer and us.
We have a casual and family-like tone between colleagues, and we cooperate across the organization to improve the product, where you will contribute with your market and industry knowledge.

🧭 The main objective of this role:
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth.
- Position our company as the industry leader.
- Becoming industry expert.
- Advising potential customers on evolving their business.
- Collaborating with the SDRs about securing your pipeline.
🎯 In this role, your responsibilities are to:
- Boost our sales to a new record high level in Sweden.
- Meet your own sales budget.
- Run your own sales processes in a professional and structured manner.
- Secure a deep understanding of and insights into our customers' business processes to understand their needs.
- Learn TimeLog PSA in-depth and the processes we support in the customers' organization.
- Understand the needs of the different customer roles and their use of TimeLog PSA – e.g., CEOs, CFOs, project managers, and consultants.
- Secure a professional handover to our implementation consultants.
- Secure high data quality in our CRM system (HubSpot).
- Further developing and improving our sales process.
🏆 Your top skills and qualifications:
- A master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Exceptional level of Swedish and English (English is our company language).
- Experience in solution and value-based selling
- Proven track record with executive sales processes taking between 1-2 years.
- Experience in C-level relations.
- Confidence and knowledge of sales best practices.
- SaaS sales experience.
- Digital sales skills.
- Strong communication skills.

- You have worked as a consultant invoicing your hours, so you understand our customers' daily life.
- You have a network within the consultancy industry that you can work with.
- You have a flair for finance and possibly bookkeeping knowledge.
- You have worked with project management.
- You know about business solutions (ERP, PSA, etc.).
- You know Danish and/or German language.
